We recommend arriving on Wednesday, July 15 before 4:00pm so you have plenty of time to attend our Tiki-themed kick-off reception in the BuilderTech Expo Hall. More details will be coming in early 2026 about our full schedule.

This year's Summit will be at the Gaylord Pacific Resort and we will be opening an exclusive room block in February 2026 and will share all of the details with our guests at that time.

Lunch is included on Thursday and Friday. There are a variety of different restaurants and bars onsite at the Gaylord Pacific to enhance your Summit experience!
And of course, you can rest assured that coffee will be flowing to keep you energized and ready to take on the day!

This year, we're trying something new! We believe in fostering organic connections and meaningful conversations, so there will be no assigned seating. You will have the opportunity to choose your seat each day, giving you the chance to connect with different people throughout the Summit.

Business casual is the way to go. Keep in mind that convention spaces tend to be chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Guests are welcome to join you at the Summit, but only registered attendees will be allowed in Summit sessions and networking events.

If you're flying into San Diego, the airport is approximately 10 miles from the Gaylord Pacific resort. Rideshare or Taxi is the easiest option.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another guest if requested before July 1. To initiate a transfer, please contact our team with the new guest's information and we will take care of it!
