Meet Jill Wise – Enterprise Account Executive

Jill brings over a decade of experience in the home building industry and a reputation for her consultative sales approach. What sets her apart is her deep industry knowledge paired with her ability to build lasting, trusted relationships. Her focus on listening and addressing client needs aligns perfectly with our client-first culture. When she’s not championing success for builders, Jill enjoys life at the lake with her husband and two kids—showing us all how to balance work and play with grace.

Meet Connor Bond – Enterprise Account Executive

Connor is the kind of person who brings momentum wherever he goes. With a strong foundation in sales, account management, and business development, he’s ready to help our clients reach new heights. Connor believes in the power of strategic thinking, genuine relationships, and consistent execution—a philosophy we know will resonate with Shore’s approach to partnership. Off the clock, he’s usually on the tennis court or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Meet Carey Naab – Strategic Partnerships Manager

With over a decade of experience in partner relations and sponsorship sales, Carey is a relationship-builder through and through. She joins us from DigitalMarketer, where she led sponsor relations and sales for the Traffic & Conversion Summit—so she knows how to deliver high-impact, client-focused experiences. Her passion for creating meaningful connections and ensuring outstanding sponsor engagement makes her an incredible asset to our team. Carey is a proud Washburn University alum (Go Bods!) and now calls Round Rock, Texas home. When she’s not working, she’s likely boating on Lake Travis or hosting Sunday dinners with her family.

Meet Jessica Larson – Event Coordinator

We are excited to see the magic that Jessica will bring to all of our Shore Events. With a background in both corporate and non-profit events, Jessica is passionate about bringing visions to life through fresh energy, attention to detail, and just the right amount of sparkle. Whether it’s a smaller academy or larger Summit, she will ensure every experience leaves a lasting impression. Outside of work, you can find Jessica chasing sunshine, belly laughing with friends and family, or planning her new travel adventure.

Meet Kendra McAbee – Program Coordinator

Kendra’s transition from the classroom to Shore brings us a team member who truly knows how to create positive experiences. With 9 years of teaching under her belt, she’s an expert in organization, relationship-building, and keeping things running smoothly. Her passion for learning, helping others thrive, and making people smile makes her a perfect fit. Bonus: she’s also our resident sneaker aficionado and true crime podcast buff.
